This 7,500 sq ft new build replaced an existing property and was taken from demolition through to completion. With a total programme of two years, the project focused on intricate detail and specialist finishes throughout.
Timber, Texture, and Timeless Design
The design drew inspiration from both New England architecture and Austrian-Swiss style, resulting in a home that feels distinctive and unique. Imported timber cladding, Venetian plaster, vaulted ceilings, and bridge features added character and craftsmanship at every turn.
Inside, the property includes a home gym, office, and extensive living space, with a large-scale electrical installation and state-of-the-art security system. The specification also featured Austrian triple-glazed windows, delivering exceptional energy efficiency.
Externally, the house is set within landscaped grounds, complete with a swimming pool, tennis court, sweeping drives, and even a dedicated dirt-bike track. The combination of traditional products with innovative methods of execution made this a very detailed and rewarding project, pushing the boundaries of how luxury homes can be built.
