For us, Thinking Differently isn’t about trying to reinvent the wheel. It’s about doing things the way they should be done – with care, consideration, and respect.
We recognise that when we step into someone’s home, we are entering their most personal space. Construction work is intrusive. It creates noise, mess, disruption, and we are often in a client’s home for far longer than feels comfortable. Added to that, projects involve large financial commitments, and many clients won’t know if they’ve truly made the right decision until the project is complete. This naturally brings a level of uncertainty and anxiety.
Thinking Differently also means problem-solving with care. Whether it’s blending products and materials so they look seamless, or finding creative solutions that others might overlook, we put the effort into making every detail right.
A light-hearted example of this ethos can be seen in how we present ourselves in the community. Instead of simply using branded banners around one of our sites, we collaborated with a local artist to create hoardings that celebrated Nottingham’s landmarks. This not only represented our roots as a Nottingham company but also gave the local community something uplifting to engage with.
