This renovation project transformed an empty property into a beautifully considered home, where the relationship between client and builder played a central role. The process was highly collaborative — combining our in-house expertise with the client’s product choices and interior design vision. On a smaller scale than a new build, this made the project more intimate and personal, with every detail carefully thought through.
Thoughtfully Designed
The works included a flat-roof extension with lantern lighting to create a seamless internal–external living space, as well as an additional office and lounge area. Secondary back kitchens added practicality, while the bathrooms and en-suites were designed and finished to a very high standard.
The property was upgraded with new infrastructure including central heating, full rewire, and garden works, bringing the home up to modern standards of comfort and efficiency. The final result reflects the client’s input and selections, delivering a luxury finish that still feels warm, homely, and highly liveable.
